Second Key – Identify Your Fears



You will benefit greatly by making a list of your fears, or triggers. Rank them on a 1-10 scale. This list will help you approach and learn more about them. You can use this list, and be able to tell when they are going to try and make an appearance, and try to stop it. So be truthful to yourself when making this list.




This can be a bit depressing, yes, but using this list will help you to be able to identify and gives you a "code key" of things to make progress in. It will be satisfying and very rewarding to see as you work through your fears how far you've come!



Third Key – Expanding Your Comfort Zone



You can use your list to go even farther and push beyond your comfort zone and take small steps to putting yourself in those situations. This will expand your comfort zone. Start with the lowest



Practice, practice, practice. Practice makes perfect. Rehearse what would happen in an anxious situation, and practice putting a positive response into place. This will help get rid of the anxiety when it strikes if you know already how to respond to it.



Only work on one at a time, you don't want to get overwhelmed. Remember, small steps leading up to where you want to be at will help you get farther quicker. Too much too quickly can land you back where you started.
